PRESTON, Lancs. – Myerscough head coach Neal Hopkins has been named to the coaching staff for the 2018 Deng Camp, which takes place in London on August 22-25.
Hopkins, who is making his return to Deng Camp where he last coached in 2016, is coming off a strong 2017-18 season in which he earned Elite Academy Basketball League (EABL) West Conference Coach of the Year and Division 3 North Coach of the Year honours.
He guided the Academy to the EABL West Conference crown and a place in the playoff finals and delivered the first-ever senior national titles in programme history. Myerscough won the Division 3 regular season and playoff championships, as well as the National Shield in February.
