McGlasson leads playoff rout of Durham

PRESTON – Lewis McGlasson hit five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 32 points, as Myerscough beat Durham 118-63 in the first-round of the Under-18 Men’s Playoffs on Sunday.

Amari Williams added a double-double (22 points & 11 rebounds) and Bradley Kaboza had 12 points for Myerscough, which were wire-to-wire winners. Louis Sullivan finished with 10.

Myerscough opened the game on an 11-0 run, capped off by a McGlasson three, and the Wildcats never threatened. Sco made 26 steals and forced 37 miscues for 62 points.

O. Varley had 17 points to go with 11 rebounds and J. Marsden added 14 for Durham. The Wildcats finished as runners-up in the U18 Men’s North East Conference to qualify for the playoffs.
